The little girl has no friends because it is hard for her to find trust in people within a society of corrupted thoughts. She does not want to be stabbed in the back because she knows that by then, she would be in too much pain to think straight. Her life is so fake, she begins to adopt it, accept parts of it, and to just carry on because she cares more about others than herself.
